With the win in the category "Volatility Fund", our successful Flex family can be pleased about another international award. In the impressive ambience of the National History Museum, With Intelligence presented its awards for the most successful hedge funds, CTAs and funds of hedge funds in Europe. The award is great praise for the outstanding work that our Flex team does day after day. And in addition to the dedication of our colleagues, the systemic approach of the Flex family continues to be a key success factor.
Sustainability is no longer a niche topic for us, but rather a social and socio-political imperative. As a responsible company, FERI supports the Sustainable Development Goals and is guided by the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). We are pleased that our sustainability orientation has been confirmed with an outstanding rating from the FUCHS | RICHTER auditing body. Our strong social commitment, our independent product and sustainability analysis as well as our intensive employee training were particularly praised. A strong sign that our commitment "pays off".
With regard to our customer orientation, as a multi-asset investment house we strive to work together in a spirit of trust. We received the highest rating of five stars as the best independent asset manager in the area of sustainability. The business magazine Capital and the Institut für Vermögensaufbau (Institute for Asset Accumulation) examined the ESG/sustainability offerings on the basis of ESG criteria in the portfolio, in the investment process and in the company itself. FERI can serve all three categories: We implemented a sustainability approach based on the SDGs in our investment solutions and advisory services years ago. Our SDG Office steers strategic investments into a future-oriented and responsible investment strategy. For us as a company, the topic of sustainability includes a clear commitment to social co-responsibility.
In the last 10 years, our FERI OptoFlex has been able to convince in international comparisons several times. Most recently, the OptoFlex was awarded the title "Best Performing Fund over 7 Years" in the category "Volatility Arbitrage" by The Hedge Fund Journal and thus won the UCITS Hedge Awards for the second time in a row. What's more, it is also one of the best performers in its category among risk-adjusted performers in the UCITS hedge fund industry. It proved this once again by winning the EuroHedge Absolute Ucits Award in the Convertibles & Volatility - 3 Years category in London.
The fact that FERI's investment solutions are also recognized beyond Germany's borders is reflected in the various international prizes and awards it has received. For example, FERI was awarded the Switzerland Awards as Best Fund Group 2023 in the category Equity - US Blend by Citywire Switzerland.
