Both FERI AG and its employees are obliged to provide services in the interests of investors/clients and potential clients and to avoid conflicts of interest as far as possible.
To this end, we have implemented appropriate procedures and provisions within the meaning of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/565 of 25 April 2016 supplementing Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to organisational requirements and operating conditions for investment firms and defined terms for the purposes of that Directive, to ensure that any complaint is dealt with properly.
If you are not satisfied with our service or any of the products we have brokered, you may lodge a complaint with us.
You can download our complaint handling policy (in German) below.
Have you received information about misconduct that affects our company or the well-being of employees and would like to report it?
Then please use this whistleblower system, which ensures that you are subject to special protection under the Whistleblower Protection Act.
Passing the information on to our reporting office helps to ensure that violations are uncovered and investigated, so that abuses can be remedied in a targeted manner.
The FERI reporting office for whistleblowers can be reached via this link.
Our reporting office will protect the confidentiality of your identity - even if you submit a report under your own name. Furthermore, an employee who reports a suspected violation in good faith does not have to fear any disadvantages, even if the report turns out to be unfounded.
However, you can also contact the external reporting office of the Federal Office of Justice or the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
