September 23rd-25th, 2025
Villa Bonn, Siesmayerstraße 12, 60323 Frankfurt, Germany
The Global Asset Owner Meeting (GAOM) is a unique working meeting for leading institutional and private investors with a focus on biodiversity and sustainable investments in various asset classes.
To ensure the highest level of knowledge exchange and quality of discussions, all participants of the Global Asset Owner Meeting receive targeted preparatory materials two weeks before the conference begins. This carefully curated documentation and specific questions allow participants to prepare content-wise and reach a common level of knowledge. The aim is to initiate an intellectual exchange in advance and create the foundation for in-depth, constructive conversations.
Traditionally, the meeting opens with an exclusive dinner, featuring an inspiring dinner speech to set the tone for the participants. The following two days are characterized by intensive work sessions, expert dialogues, and interactive workshops.
This format makes the Global Asset Owner Meeting much more than an ordinary conference!
The second Global Asset Owner Meeting on Biodiversity will take place on September 23rd to 25th, 2025, at Villa Bonn in Frankfurt. Following the great success of the first meeting in June 2024, the event returns to assess progress in biodiversity investments and develop new strategies.
Participants can once again look forward to 2.5 days of inspiring presentations, lively discussions, and interactive workshops. A special focus will be on presenting concrete investment projects and their measurable impacts on biodiversity.
The event builds on the "Asset Owner Biodiversity Action Plan" developed at the first GAOM, aiming to evaluate and further develop its implementation. It is again organized by a high-profile consortium led by FERI.
With this second meeting, GAOM establishes itself as an important platform for exchange and collaboration between institutional investors committed to protecting and restoring biodiversity.

"What an international presence, what a network [...], great speakers, a good atmosphere and an open exchange. Since I didn't know much about biodiversity before, I learned a lot, especially about the great importance of the oceans, which I simply didn't realize."
