FERI Health Day 2026: Promoting Health, Strengthening Diversity

Health is a key prerequisite for well-being, productivity, and long-term participation in the workforce. Through the annual FERI Health Day, we make a clear commitment to a health-promoting work environment and a corporate culture that takes into account the diverse needs of all employees.

For us, responsible health management is an important component of sustainable corporate governance. The goal of the FERI Health Day is always to share knowledge, promote open dialogue, and create a space for discussions about health challenges and needs. After all, different life stages, personal circumstances, and gender-specific issues require a nuanced approach rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.

Tamara Reimers, FERI

This year’s event focused on the topic of “Women’s and Men’s Health.” This is an important issue that is often still shrouded in uncertainty or taboo in society and in the workplace, even though it has a significant impact on the daily lives and work realities of many people.

The high turnout and positive feedback from our employees underscore the relevance of this topic. Expert insights, practical information, and one-on-one conversations provided numerous opportunities to gain new perspectives on one’s own health and take away valuable ideas for everyday life. We would like to extend our special thanks to Alexander Gimbel of KörperManagement® for his help in coordinating and organizing the event, as well as to Dr. Stefanie Mann and Dr. Bernd Gimbel, who once again enriched the Health Day in 2026 with their expertise.

Through the FERI Health Day, we are simultaneously contributing to several SDGs. For example, we support SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by promoting health and well-being as a key foundation for a sustainable and productive work environment. At the same time, we support SDG 5 (Gender Equality) by raising awareness of gender-specific health issues, fostering understanding, and facilitating open dialogue about different needs.
