FERI Health Day 2026: Inspiring Health and Diversity
Health is a key prerequisite for well-being, performance and long-term participation in working life. With the FERI Health Day, we reaffirm our commitment each year to a health-promoting work environment and a corporate culture that takes into account the diverse needs of all employees.
For us, responsible health management is an important component of sustainable corporate governance. The objective of the FERI Health Day is to share knowledge, encourage open dialogue and create opportunities to discuss health-related challenges and needs. Different stages of life, individual circumstances and gender-specific health issues require a differentiated perspective rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.

This year's event focused on the topic of women's and men's health. It is an important subject that is still often associated with uncertainty or taboos, both in society and in the workplace, despite its significant impact on many people's lives and working realities.
The high level of participation and the positive feedback from our employees underline the relevance of the topic. Expert insights, practical information and personal discussions provided numerous opportunities to gain new perspectives on individual health and take away valuable ideas for everyday life. Our special thanks go to Alexander Gimbel of KörperManagement® for the joint coordination and organisation of the event, as well as to Dr. Stefanie Mann and Dr. Bernd Gimbel, who once again enriched the Health Day in 2026 with their expertise.

Through the FERI Health Day, we support our efforts to take sustainability-related aspects into account within our occupational health management activities. In this context, the event addresses topics that relate to SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), particularly the importance of health and well-being in the workplace. At the same time, the Health Day provides space for dialogue on gender-specific health topics and the different needs of employees. In doing so, we support open discussion on issues that may also be considered in the context of SDG 5 (Gender Equality).
