Starting signal for the SDG Team powered by FERI, GAG & B.L.U.E.

On November 1, 2022, the first intensive workshop for the GAG SDG team took place at our Haus am Park location.

After a welcome by our CEO Marcel Renné and a brief round of introductions, the young people joined Antje Biber in exploring what a financial company like FERI has to do with sustainability and what career opportunities are available at our company in this context. Afterwards, Ms. Zirkel-Biener and Mr. Henrich from Stadtwerke Bad Homburg gave us an insight into the diverse field of work of a “water supply technician” and how sustainability plays a role here. 

Zum Abschluss wurden gemeinsam Ideen entwickelt, wie die Berufsfelder Finanzen und Wasserversorgung den Mitschülerinnen, Mitschülern und Eltern näher gebracht werden können. Dafür haben sich die Jugendlichen in zwei Gruppen aufgeteilt, die nun jeweils die Vertreter der beiden Unternehmen noch einmal besuchen und vor Ort interviewen werden. Wir sind gespannt auf die Ergebnisse.
