FERI on site for sustainable education

This week, as part of our FERI4Education initiative, we attended the career information week at Kaiserin Friedrich Gymnasium (KFG) in Bad Homburg.

In an interactive workshop, we discussed the following topics with 11th grade students

• what exactly the UN SDGs are,
• what sustainability means for all of us,
• what jobs and training and study opportunities are available in this field,
• how our own work at FERI relates to sustainability,
• how we implement sustainability in the financial sector, and
• what job and internship opportunities FERI offers.

Time flew by as the students asked questions and engaged in lively discussions. We were particularly impressed by the many positive thoughts the young people already had on the topic and their own positive impact through their future careers. We are delighted that we were able to contribute to bringing them a little closer to the topic of sustainability as a (professional) opportunity for the future.
